Hit a wall on weight loss with healthy eating, can't get below the 180-183 mark.
Finally joined gym this week. Lifted some 3/18, Started day one of sites exercise plan today, went relatively well, no went awesome! Arms feel like rubber! Even ran a mile after workout. Feel better already.
