3/6/07 - Tuesday! ARRGGGHHH
Well it was my full intention to get to the gym this afternoon, however since I now have a workout partner, I am going to have to combine the days and do supersets since she is available MON, WED, FRI. I was still going to work out until, my Ford Exploder decided to Explode on the I-5 in rush hour traffic. This turned into a 4 hour ordeal. So I didn't make it to the gym, but at least I got abs in this morning.. diet didn't do so well either..
Protein drink (2 scoops vanilla whey protein) & water
1 chicken breast & 1/2 cup white rice
tuna salad (spinach, 1 can albacore tuna, balsamic vinegar
1 5oz turkey meatloaf/1/2 cup steamed eggplant
