3/7/07...Nice One...
Today was a great day, finally hit the gym, worked out great and felt pretty good with the diet too...
Since I will be doing this workout with a partner on here, I will be combining the days..here is what I did today.
Warm Ups: bodyweight squats: 10xnarrow/10xregular/10wide
Squats Barbell: 15x40lbs/12x50lbs/10x60lbs/6x70lbs
Sumo Squats: never done these before..ummm...yeah they were interesting to say the least..
12x20lbs/10x30lbs/8x40lbs
Sissy Squats: 12x0/10x0/8x0 - I have been doing these off and on for years and still can't get that form down quite right...any assistance would help as I think I nearly killed my partner trying to show her..LOL!
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 12x50lbs/10x60lbs/8x70lbs
Side Lateral Raises: 12x10lbs/10x20lbs/8x24lbs
15 MIN HIIT on Elliptical
Stretches: all complete and man they felt good..
Diet:
1/2cup oatmeal w/2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
1 grapefruit w/splenda packet
1 light egg salad wrap (1 egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2 roasted red bell pepper, relish, worchestershire sauce,1 TBSP light mayo, 1/2 TBSP Mustard), 1 sundried tomatoe, spinach wrap.
1 Protein Smoothie - 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein, 1/2banana, 1/2 orange, water.
1 7 oz Cilantro-Lime Tilapia(for those who want this recipe, I will post it on the tilapia thread I made) Italian leaf salad w/tomatoe, cucumber, kiwi slices and balsamic vinagrette.
I just realized that I hadn't been putting my drinks on here or my fish oil supplements that I have been taking so I will start that now.
1 non-fat latte plain
1 cup green tea w/splenda
2 mc fish oil supplements
