3/8/07 Thursday - LOVE THEM ABS...
I actually was taking today as a rest day until Freedomfound reminded me that it was abs day so tonight when I got home, did the abs! Diet was a little sketchy this evening only because I ate out at a restaurant and I couldn't resist their tortilla chips! Everything else was pretty clean. :)
Here goes:no weights used just body weight for now..
Warm up: 5 minutes on stationary bike
Crossover crunches - 15x15x15
Double crunches - 12x15x20
Ab stretches..
Diet:
1 cup coffee w/1 TBSP NF Creamer
Egg Scramble: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup spinach, cooking spray, salt & pepper, hot sauce
1 protein drink (1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein, water); 1 apple
Chicken Salad: 1 cup Italian leaf salad, 1 cup cubed chicken, 1/2 cup white rice
1 Protein bar (25g protein)
1 Carne Asada Fajita (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, chile sauce), 1 corn tortilla. 1/4 cup spanish rice, 1/4 cup refried beans.
1 cup tortilla chips and chile verde salsa
1 cup green tea w/splenda
2 1000 mg fish oil supplement
