3rd Day

The day's meals started out great, but quickly went down hill from there, so I won't even bother posting them.

Breakfast: 9 eggwhite omlet, with 2 slices of non-fat cheese, 2 slices of whole grain/flax seed toast, 1/2 serving of Raisen Bran, 1 serving of oatmeal, 1 scoop of milk & egg protein, 2 cups of NF milk, 1 tsp of natural peanut butter, 1 Animal Pak.

Training: Heaviest weight listed, all sets 8-12 reps)
HS Plate Loaded Military Press: 340
Clean and Jerks
Free weight Military Press (football bar): 200
Cable Upright Rows: 150
HS MTS Shoulder Press: 155 each side

1 Animal Nitro w/Gatorade post-workout.
