3rd day cardio

3rd day out of 4 on my cardio buildup.
Started with 4 X 5min treadmill runs @ 4.5 with 1 minute break.
Day 3 4 X 6min treadmill runs @5.2 last 30 secomds @ 7.7  1 minute break
