Worked out during lunch again. It was a great workout I really felt like I did something. I finally started stretching!!! I did the workout that was created for me here. At first I was thinking it was to easy but as I started doing the reps I was like wait a second. I was shaky afterwards. Now I just have to get my eating under control

    I think that if you got shaky that was your body's way of telling you that you needed to eat... I get that you want to trim down but you should keep your food intake at a good level. They say that you should have a before work out snack and an after work out snack... not sure what they would be for you but I think they have a link here somewhere.
