Cardio 40 minutes, recumbent bike level 5 random hills
Workout - Abs, Chest, Back
crunches/obliques/reverse curls 3 sets of 25 each
2 sets of push-ups and one set bb bench w/bar for warm-up
bb bench press 95X12, 105X12, 110X12, 115X12 felt really strong today
Incline db press (suddenly not so strong) 3 sets 45'sX8
someone was on the pec dec..
seated cable row, narrow grip 3 sets 90X12
pec dec 3 sets 80X12
pull-downs wide 90X12, 100X10, 100X9 somehow forgot the 4th set...
lat press-downs 60X12, 70X12, 70X12
felt good!
