4 - month challenge - week 4!!! Friday!!!! Wow!

One more workout and we have been doing this for a month!
Cardio - my daughter and I did 31 minutes yourself fitness cardio this morning and then walked at the dog park for 30-45 minutes. I admit I was being lazy today, but YF got my heart rate up.
Workout - feeling kind of crappy still, had a really short nap before lunch. After lunch my daughter looks at me and says "Well, I suppose you should be going off to th egym soon." Well. Okay then. I went and I am glad, a pretty good workout, a little slow and tired by the end...
I 'cheated' and did abs on the ab bench thing, still felt 'em, though.
crunches/side crunches/reverse curls 3 sets 23
Incline db press 40X12, 45X10, 45X10, 45X10
pec dec 3 sets 70X12 still not going up...
decline cable 3 sets 25X12
shoulder press 30X12, 30X10, 30X7? Not as great as I had hoped..but feeling a bit pukey.
db laterals 3 sets of 15X12
db presses 45X12, 45X8, 35X12 I dropped the weight because i wanted to feel successful instead of let-down...
tri pushdown - v-handle 50X15, 70X12, 80X12
tri ext machine 3 sets 60X12, not getting any easier...
Food today - a little off, stomach feels a little pukey whenever I go to put food in my mouth, even though I feel hungry..
6am Syntrax cappucino in coffee
7am 1/2c oatmeal
9:30 cardio
10:15ish shake and apple on the way to dog park
1:30 lentil soup and turkey ham
3ish workout
4:15 muscle milk
dinner - ? I admit to not having planned dinner yet. I am hoping my hubby will get a movie and a rotisserie chicken... then al I have to do is make some veggies.
If my stomach is up for it I will have snack, protein
