4 - month challenge - week 4!!! Mondayyyy suckas!!!!

I don't know why I am so hyper, but it is a good thing!

My cardio this morning at 6am 35 minutes elliptical (i made a new rule for myself - no online until after cardio...)

Lifting this afternoon:

warm-up 5 minutes elliptical

swissball crunches/bicycles/reverse curls 3 sets 23 each

DB rows (stronger today) 4 sets 40X12
pull-down 90X12, 90X10, 90X8
db shrugs 35X15, 40X15, 40X15 superset with back extensions 3 sets of 15 (easier today, might add a little weight next week)
incline curls (suck) 20X12, 20X12, 20X9
concentration curls 3 sets of 15X12

My energy was really level today, maybe I will stick with the chicken beans and rice for my pre-workout meal, seems to have given a good lasting energy level.

Food today:

5:30 precardio - one scoop nectar in water

6am cardio
7:15 1/2c oats, isopure

10:40 (forgot to have my shake before going to the dog park) Nectar and frozen strawberries

12;15 chicken breast, black beans, rice and salsa verde

4pm shake

dinner will be chicken and baked potato, green beans (easy)

snack - nectar or muscle milk pudding...
