Well, made it to the gym afetr breakfast, pretty good workout...12 minute warm-up on eeliptical (reading a magazine..)
Squats knees a little stiff 115X15, 115X15, 115X15, 125X12
Leg press 210X15, 220X15, 230X15
Leg ext 4 sets 80X13 superset with
standing calf raise 50X20, 50X15, 50X16, 50X16
Leg curl 4 sets 90X15 superset with
seated calf 3 sets 25X20, 25X15
stretched...No workout tomorrow!
