Cardio 6:45 am- calorie burn challenge 259 calories in 15 min 36 sec.
Workout 2pm Worked out at home today
warm up - general movement and light db rows
DB rows 4 sets 40X12 superset with Standing calf raises on stairs -4 sets bodyweightX20 (plantar fasciitis sore)
Lat pull-down 3 sets 90X10 superset with seated calf raises 4 sets 45X20
DB shrugs 3 sets 40X15 superset with
back extension 3 sets 15
standing band curls red band/3 sets of 15
concentration curl 3 sets 15x12r
Food today:
6am nectar cappucino
cardio
7:45 1/2c oatmeal, 3 strawberries, isopure
9:45 grapefruit, 1 can tuna, a little mayo and lemon pepper
1:00 turkey taco meat, 1/3c black beans, 1/2c corn, 1 roma tomato, 1/2 avocado, salsa verde
workout
3:30 muscle milk
6:30 sirloin steak, jumbo shrimp, small red potato, smart balance, green beans
Snack in a while, I will have some nectar protein...
I was hungry today - I made quite a feast for dinner. Anyhow, a pretty good day.
