4 - month challenge - week 4!!! Tuesday!!!!

Okay - this morning I did 22 minutes total cardio, 8 high intervals.

This afternoon:
5 minute warm-up, treadmill, light incline presses.

Incline db press 4 srts 40X12 easier today
decline cable flyes 3 sets 25X12 pretty good
pec dec 3 sets 70X12 a little easier today
DB Shoulder presses 25X12, easy, want bigger muscles, lift bigger weights, I said to my self..30X12, 30X10
standing calf raises 50X20, 50X20, 50X16, 50X15 superset with
Db lateral raises 3 sets 15X12 hard by last set
seated calf rasie 25x15, 25X20, 25X20, 25X20 superset with
db presses 40X12. If i can do 40's on the incline, i should be able to do mroe flat, I said to myself..45X12, 45X11 (almost got 12)
triceps straight bar push-downs 80X12, 90X12, 90X12
tri ext machine 3 sets 60X12
