4 - month challenge - week 4!!! Wednesday!!!!

Cardio was really good this morning. 35 minutes, hills program eliptical, sweating! Hed PE on the cd player...

Workout, pretty good but I thought I was going to puke during leg presses...

I warmed up doing step aerobics for 2 songs (8 minutes or so)

Got the squat rack all set up, opened my workout notebook..duh. ABS. So, I superset the abs and then a set of squats.

ABS - crunches/oblique crunches/reverse curls 3 sets of 23
squats 4 sets 115X15 these are still feeling sort of stiff, not going up.
leg press 3 sets 210X15
leg extension 70X15 went up easy, 3 sets of 80X12
leg curl 4 sets 90X15 crampy

SO, we are halfway through the week and almost through the first month!

Food today:
5:30 am 1 scoop nectar in water

cardio
7:00 1/2c oats, 1 scoop isopure
coffee

10:20 nectar cappucino, apple

1:00 ground turkey made with spicy taco seasoning, 1/3c rice, almost 1/3c black beans, 3/4c broccoli slaw, SF catsup

workout 2;15ish

4ish muscle milk...

feeling a little grody still. I might just have soup for dinner again, stomach not completely right yet.
