4 weeks in.....
just a quick update really.... 4 weeks into all this fitness malarkey :) and iv lost a stone already!! extremely chuffed with my soon to be little self hehe completly cut out fizzy drinks and chocolate and allowed myself 1 night of alcohol every other week. very proud of myself for staying so motivated! dropped down a dress size too!!! if i carry on at this rate ill be at my target in 4 months!!! :)
