4/10 Free week (triceps, calves, abs)

Worked triceps well, but really burned out about 1/2 hour into workout. Did my calf and abs work (had to really fight to complete the abs) but overall disappointed with the workout. Outside influences are totally affecting focus/strength/. Have decided to delay next 8 week program until the 20th due to gym's holiday Monday closure. Want to start with a full week.
