4/10 Legs, calves, abs day

Not a good night at all. Focus was off, really tired. No excuse. Since this was the last night of my 8wk program, instead of having my usual "free" week next week, I will be repeating the same workout for the 8week again. Must improve before I plan the next.
Smith Lunges: 12x110, 10x110, 10x110
Leg Presses: 20x170, 15x190, 15x190
Barbell Deadlifts: 7x115, 10x115, 9x115
Single hamstring Kickback: 10x112, 10x112, 10x112
Seated Calf Raises: 13x125, 13x125, 13x125
No Abs! No excuse :(
