4/10 Monday Back Biceps

Gym was crazy busy - and way too hot and muggy. Didn't help that I ate a big roast beef dinner before heading out (doh) Did not complete my entire workout but I have one positive point:
Deadlifts: 10x125, 10x135!!, 10x135!!, 8x135 Mutt - I did it!!
Not going to log the rest of my workout - will do better next week

    Thanks guys :) Hearing comments like that does wonders for my fragile ego! LOL I will take your advice Mutt and add gradual weight - Also, I am now not going to be doing my deadlifts using the barbells that were propped up vertically where the bar had to be removed from a freakin hole - that just twisted my back too much. I will now use a cage (is it called this?)like apparatus where I can add gradual weights without so great a fear of injury. 10 more pounds and I am DL'ing my weight! 2 kewl!!!

    See told you you could do much better, now instead of doing 135 for 3 sets do 135 for the second and add some weight even if it is 5lbs! Great job!!!!!

    Outstanding Lana. You realize that with 10x reps and 8xreps you can lift much more. Oh yeah regarding your post a day or so ago.... remind me never to hit on you. You da wominz
