Major headache made lifting difficult, probably should have skipped tonight

Machine parallel bar dips: 15x85, 10x95, 10x95, 8x95
Seated Machine Fly: 12x30, 6x30, 9x30
Machine Row: 10x90, 10x90, 10x90
Seated DB presses: 10x18, 10x18, 5x18
Standing lateral: 10x12, 9x12, 9x12
Dips Behind back: 10,10,10 bw
Pushdowns: 10x40, 10x40, 9x40
