Diet is golden, adjusted to taking in less than 1800 calories per day. Weening off high sodium meals, even Pot Belly's salads. 
Fruits/yogurt for breakfast
Chicken Salads for lunch
Fish/Chicken for dinner

Reached 179.8 today! So the 180 barrier has been broken!!

Initial goal was to hit 175. Have decided at this point I will just lift/jog/workout (along with a healthy diet) and my body will find what's natural. Though it never hurts to assist it with 30 mins of weight crunch machines.
My goal now, lose the gut and build muscle.

    Good job on passing 180! Not long to go until 175!
