4/11/07 Wednesday.....
Workout was good today with the exception of me pulling something in my lower ab area while doing the Low Ab Machine, hurt like a mother! Even though I coulnd't complete all my sets on that I finished the rest of my ab work. Other than that, great cardio session today! I was aching to run outside though, will have to take the girls out for that this Satruday.
Warm Ups:
5 minute Elliptical Level 2
Exercises:
Lower Ab Machine 10x10+BW/4x10+BW
Crossover Crunches 15xBW/15XBW/15XBW
Double Crunches 12XBW/15XBW/20XBW
Ab Twist Machine 15x30/15x40
Cardio: 15 minutes of each machine
Stationary Bike Level 3/65-109RPMS
Treadmill 3.5Speed/Levels .5-5
Elliptical Level 3/100-150RPMS
Diet:
2 chicken enchiladas(1 cup chicken, 1/4 cup LW cheddar cheese,1/4 cup red chile enchilada sauce,1/2 small onion, 2 corn tortillas.). 1 cup coffee w 1 tsp NF creamer.
1 Protein Shake (25g protein, 1/2 apple, 1/4cup raspberrues, 1 cup water)
6 Spicy Tuna Sushi Rolls (seaweed, sesame seeds, white rice, tuna, hot sauce), 1/2 grapefruit
1 Protein Bar (25g protein)
1 egg, 3 eggwhites, 1/2 cup spinach scramble w/havarti cheese, 1/2 cup romaine salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing.
