4/16/07 - Nice Workout!
Well did the new workout today and let me tell you, it kicked my butt. When I did the incline push ups, most of the benches were taken so we started out with the ball and it killed my ab muscle I pulled last week but I was able to get 7 out of it and switch to a bench for my ten. So I feel good about that.
Warm Ups:
5 Min Elliptical Level 2
Push Ups Regular 10xBW/10xBW (2 sets)
Incline Push Ups (Ball) 7xBW
Incline Push Ups (Bench) 10xBW
Light Assisted Dips 10xBW/10xBW/10xBW
Exercises:
Incline DB Bench Press 12x30/10x40/8x50
Flat BB Bench Press 12x40/10x60/8x70
Standing Calf Raise (Olympic Weights) 12x50/10x70/8x90
Cardio: (Was exhausted by the time I got to this but I did my best)
15 Min HIIT Bicycle Levels 0-6/Speed 70-75RPMS/Hill Mode
15 Min HIIT Treadmill Speed Increments 2.5-5.1 RPMS
ran out of energy for the elliptical, may do it tomorrow.
