Good workout today

Did the following;

Wide grip lat pull downs

Dumbell Bent Over row

Flat Barbell Bench

Decline Barbell Bench

Seated Dumbell overhead press

Seated alternating dumbell curls

standing tricep extension with ez curl bar

overall felt really good, had some pain in my elbow which goes back years...I'm hoping it doesn't get a lot worse, it can really hamper my ability to do pushing movements.
