4/17/07......Jump Squats....Hmmmm........

Okay did our leg day, first time ever doing jump squats and although they were okay for me...I am worried about Dottie! LOL! All was good, it was a nice workout!

Warm Ups:
5 Min. Treadmill

Exercises:
Leg Presses 15x90/12x140/10x180/8x210
Walking Lunges 15x30/15x30/15x30
Jump Squats 15x20/15x20/15x30
Step Ups 12xBW/12x10/12x10
