I was able to get in one final workout before the trip.

Crossover Crunches 15xBW/15XBW
Leg Raises 10xBW/10xBW/10xBW
Double Crunches 12xBW/15xBW/20xBW

15 min HIIT Treadmill Levels 1-4, Speed 3.5-7.0rpms
15 min HIIT Stationary Bicycle Hill Mode, Level 4, 70-95rpms
