4th day here

Doing really good on food intake today!! I have had 4 small meals so far today and have had 1300 calories out of 2000. So That is really good so far because by time I get home I will only have a small meal after working out and then it's too late for me to eat. So I know that I will stay under my goal today. Please a lot of those calories are what I've been told or negative calories. That it takes more energy to eat them then I would gain!! So super excited plus I have a work out to look forward too (I think) I find it really hard to work out after a very long and stressful day at work. I know they say exercise helps with stress, but somedays I just don't see how!!

So great day I guess, lets hope to continue with it tomorrow!!

    well done awesome work, be proud. There is a lot of research to prove that exercise helps with stress. It realeses feel good chemicals and reduces anxiety, depression and other hormones that are stress related. Keep up the great work
