4th day of working out
I am in so much pain!!! I’m still super sore from Monday’s work out and so today was a little uncomfortable and hurt quite a bit on certain machines. I continue to follow what is being told of me on this website and so far so good I like the variation and routine so far. I come in knowing what I need to do and what I need to do. This Friday I will be weighing myself to weigh myself every week and see the progress. I weighed myself Monday and it was 176 lbs. I hope so lose about 30-50 pounds with diet and exercise and drinking the right amount of water in accordance with my weight which is about 88 ounces a day. So far I’ve only managed to drink about 44 ounces a day can’t seem to drink the full 88 ounces but 44 is more than I was drinking a week ago a day. Till my next flog !
