Maintenance night. Didn't have to energy to push tonight.
Deadlifts: 12x125, 10x125, 10x125, 10x125
Seated Cable Rows: 10x100, 10x100, 8x110
Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns: 10x100, 10x100, 8x100
Concentration Curls: 10x20, 8x20, 7x20
Seated DB 21's: 21x10, 21x10
That was it :(
