Highlights: At least I made it - on an evenng shift this week, took a little time off work to work out this once!
*PB* Calf raises increased to 10x145!
Lowlights: Missed Monday and will miss Friday

Flat Bench DB Press: 20x78, 9x25, 10x25, 10x25
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 11x100, 10x100, 8x110, 10x110
Machine Triceps: 11x50, 4x60
Cable Pulldowns wwith Rope: 7x70, 9x60
Seated Calf Raises: 10x135, 10x145, 10x145, 10x145
