5/15/07.....Upper Body..Not the best, but at least I got it in..
I missed yesterday's workout due to a busy schedule. It seems hard to get in exercise on Monday's so I did it today.
Warm Up:
5 Minutes Treadmill 4.5 speed
Light Assisted Dips 12xBW/6xBW/6xBW
Push Ups Regular 12xBW/12xBW
Push Ups Incline 12xBW/12xBW
Exercises:
Incline DB Presses 12x24/10x30/8x30
Flat Barbell Bench Press 12x40/10x50/8x60
DB Incline Flyes 12x16/10x20/8x20
Olympic Mach Calf Raises 12x90/10x140/8x160
Cardio:
15 Min HIIT Stationary Bike Levels 3-8/70-95RPMS/Hill Mode
15 Min.Mod Stationary Bike Level 3/Fat Burn Mode
Hi's: Finished my workout and cardio despite feeling very weak.
Low's: wasn't able to hit m target weights today, very off.
