5/20/07... Long Distance Cycle Training Day..INDOORS
This rain here is intense and is not cooperating with me wanting to start cycling training. Anyhow, I am not letting that stop me, I am taking it indoors, even though the effect just quite isn't the same, but I will be all over it when the sun does finally come out.
Warm Up: Hams, Quads, Calves stretch
Exercise:
45 MIN Hill Mode, Level 2/16.20 miles
5 MIN Break, water, stretching
30 MIN Hill Mode, Level 2/ 10.80 miles
15 MIN Treadmill Walk, Level 3
Total Miles: 37 miles
