Warm Up: 5 Minutes Treadmill, Level 5

Exercises:
Leg Press 15X90/12X160/10X170/8X200
Deadlifts 12X40/10X60/8X80
Step Ups 12X10/12X10/12X25
Jump Squats 15X20/13X30/12X40

No Cardio today..

HIT PR on Leg Presses so that was cool. :)
