5:45 AM Workout

I've been training bodybuilding style all winter and I'm starting to incorporate some circuit training this month (am workouts 5 days a week) in preparation for more intense endurance training this spring.  I hate mornings but it does make me feel so hardcore :P

Because it's so difficult for me to get out of bed in the morning, I've signed up and paid for one month of bootcamp. Putting money down certainly helps with the commitment.  

Today was light.  I'm putting in a back/tricep workout out this evening but must force myself to get to bed early for tomorrows wake up call!

Push ups
Sit ups
Squats

Focus on strict form.
