Warm-up ~ 5 min bicycle
Push-ups 2x10
Push-ups inclined 2x10
Dips (light) 3x10
Flat BB Bench Press 12x40, 10x40, 8x60
Incline DB Press 12x24, 10x24, 8x30
Standing Calf Raises 12x50, 10x70, 8x90
Hi's: got to get a workout in despite the godawful busy day I had. Got on my size 14 slacks..YEAH BABY!!! I don't know if it was the Las Vegas weather or ummm...all the extra workouts and manual labor I did over there, but I am happy!
Lows: Didn't get to do any cardio, we got a late start at the gym and caught up on all the exciting things that happened during my absence, but a least we got in a good workout!
