Chest
Incline DB fly 10x30,10x35,8x40,6x45
BB flat Bench presses 10x40,10x50,8x60,6x70 gradul increase to see how much my left wrist can handle.

Triceps
Seated overhead BB ext. 10x25,8x35,6x45,6x55
Triceps Cable Pushdowns 10x35,8x45,6x55,6x65

Forarms
seated bb wrist curls, used dd instead, left side only, working more to get flexibility back in wrist. Plus left side slightly out of proportion to right. 10x5,10x10,10x15 ouch

    Ya! you got that right Charlie about hurting from lifting, or form sparring. I think sometimes though that some of the kata, and other hand strikes etc, aggreivates the wrist, so there is probably a combination of things happening. Oh well, forge on, an making sure that when lifting, keeping good forum etc.

    Wouldn't it be great to say that you hurt yourself lifting 200 lbs, waterskiing or doing karate? My doc said that keyboarding and mousing probably was the cause of my rotator cuff problem. What a world.

    I don't know. I think it has to do with keyboading, and effecting the carpotunnel, not sure. However is coming around thanks for asking.

    Starbell, if you don't mind my asking, what did you do to your wrist? Rehab really is a lousy process huh?
