Not bad. Not good. Still going thru the motions. Had to switch to leg nite due to flu shot in right arm.
Smith Machine Lunges: 10x100, 8x120, 8x120
Machine Leg Curl: 12x110, 12x110, 12x110
Machine Leg press: 14x210, 12x230, 13x250
Machine Standing Calf Raises: 12x300, 10x300, 10x300
Seated Calf Raises: 10x125, 12x125, 10x125
