6/10 Chest Triceps

Gym still busy but not as muggy as Monday. Average to good W/O
DB Flat Bench Press: 15x20, 9x25, 9x25, 8x25
Flat Bench DB Fly: 8x25, 8x25
Machine Fly: 10x30, 10x30
Close Grip Presses: 10x40, 10x40
Wide grip presses: 10x50, 10x50
Tricep pulldowns with rope (really pushing the forearm extension at the end) 10x50, 10x50, 12x50
20 minutes of abs (not bad for me :)
