6/33...now I have to get serious!!
OMG i was sore after Fridays workout. My legs are just barely recovered today! I did go for a leisurely cycle on Sat, but then spent the rest of the day on the couch. Don't know what hit me, but I was exhausted for Fri and Saturday. It helped with my beer avoidance because I just didn't feel like going out. We spent Sunday exploring the beach with the kids and went for lunch had I did have some wine ): I spent Monday (holiday) doing gardening-about 7 hours worth and did not finish with a cold beer-Fresca instead (: It was a beautiful weekend here!
Diet wasn't great, but I kind of wrote if off with it being a holiday long weekend. I wasn't horrible, but certainly not 80% compliant-more like 60%. I have 4 solid weeks ahead of me and am in for it 100%. Boy it's tough to be good in the summer, but there's no time like the present.
No noon hour workout today...just swimming tonight. It feels very weird not to be working out at lunch. Diet back on track today and for the remaining 4 weeks.
