6AM shoulders and legs

Dumbbell shoulder presses
45x10 55x10 60x9
superset lateral raises with reardelt raises
25x10 30x10 (did this weight and reps for rear delts as well)
Shrugs-225x10 275x10 315x10 405x10
Squats 135x10 155x10 175x10
leg ext 100x10 112x10 130x10
ham curls 100x10 130x10
Highlights-well shrugs and squats are back! 2 of my fav things to do. I hit the squats low and really focusing on lifting with my quads. NO lower back discomfort at all. I want to build up slowly and really get the same feeling witht he heavier weights.
Lowlights-none really except my muscle endurance is low, but i think will come back soon!
