20 mins on elip-crosstrainer.
Highlights-I like this morning thing and now with 2-20min sessions of cardio I have a new personal best for the year! LOL
Lowlights---not sure how to add chins to my routine as there is not assisted machine and the rack is kind of narrow. so Standing on a bar is not working I will try a bench inside the cage and see how that works!
