Not bad - beat the blues and had a pretty good workout overall. Energy good, but could be better.
Deadlifts: 12x115, 10x115, 9x115, 6x115
Machine Lat Row: 10x90, 8x90, 6x90
Bentover Dumbbell rows: 16x20, 16x20, 8x30, 10x30
Machine Fly: 11x30, 7x30, 7x30, 8x30
Flat bench dumbbell fly: 12x19, 10x22, 7x22, 8x22
Machine Presses: 11x50, 5x62.5
Machine Parallel bar dips: 15x90, 13x80, 14x80
Seated Calf raises: 15x125, 10x125, 10x125
Abs were also worked on.
