Highlights: Lately thought I wasn't seeing any new gains, but last night, saw the different deltoid muscles very clearly - and it rocked!!
Lowlights: Feeling blasé lately. Having a tough time reviving
Machine Assited Wide Grip Chins: 7x70, 12x90, 10x90
Close Grip Pulldowns: 11x100, 9x110, 8x110
Seated Cable Rows: 10x100, 10x100, 10x100
DB Incline BP: 10x18, 10x18, 10x18, 8x18
Machine Chest Presses: 11x50, 10x50, 10x50
Machine Flyes: 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
Seated Calf Raises: 12x125, 11x125, 10x125
Single Calf Raises: 10x35, 01x35, 10x35
Abs - good
