7/10 Biceps Triceps

Still sore from Mondays workout. Energy good overall, although no increases were achieved and was generally weaker than norm
Seated DB Presses: 13x15, 10x15, 10x15, 8x15
Standing lateral raises: 12x12, 9x12, 12x12, 9x12
Machine bicep curls: 10x40, 12x40, 6x50, 5x50
Standing barbell curls: 10x25, 6x35
Cable curls: 10x50, 10x50
Dumbell Kickbacks: 15x18, 8x25, 10x25, 9x25
Machine Tricep extensions: 10x50, 8x50, 6x50, 5x50
Many many ab exercises (last week of 8 week program)

    OK Rev - I admit it - the last week of abs in the program sometimes gets the best of me... And I have always had an aversion to the lovely pukey feeling after wrenching my guts. LOL Dammit You caught me - maybe tonight I should start with abs...

    LOL @ "many many ab excercises." C'mon, I_Am-azon: last week - you know you can do it! And don't worry about no increases. You're doing some great numbers already. Progression will come in time...
