Highlights: Stil focused :)
Lowlights: Got to gym late. Didn't have enough time. Gym was Extremely busy, so that didn't help much

Flat Bench DB Press: 11x25, 10x25, 8x25, 8x25
Incline DB Fly: 13x15, 10x17.5, 11x17.5, 11x17.5
Machine Fly: 11x40, 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
Machine Par. Bar Dips: 10x80, 11x80, 10x80
Skull Crusher: 5x15, 13x10, 8x12, 9x12
Kick Backs: 12x13, 12x13, 12x13
No time for abs :(
