Highlights: Not bad attempt considering I was sick with cold Wednesday. Colds seem to last only 3 days! Yay - sure beats a week or two!
Lowlights: Pulled my hip flexor and had to stop leg workout. Added bicep and tricep that I missed while sick.
Seated Calf Raises: 10x135, 12x135, 13x135
Smith Lunges: 10x105, 10x125, 11x125
Single Calf Raises: 12x35, 12x35, 12x35
Concentration Curls: 6x18, 8x18, 7x18
machine Curls: 10x50, 5x50
Tricep Rope Pushdowns: 13x60, 10x70, 10x70
