7/33....Arms/back
Just got back from a great workout at the gym...arms are a bit jelly-like at the moment so excuse any typos (: I think the workout regime is going to work well for me. I was always reluctant to do a really solid arm workout because I was typically swimming that evening, but Wed. from now on nada, so I worked them pretty good today. here's what I did...still not a set routine, but I'll get there.
5min light run on treadmill(the only running I'm doing these days)
3X10 pushups varying arm position for each set
3 sets wide lat pull downs 12X60/10X70/8X80
3 sets dbl B/O rows-sngl arm 12X25/10X30/8X35
Rot cuff work
3 sets internal rotation with elbow on bent knee--started with 8lb but had to go all the way down to 3lb to accomodate weak left shoulder-wow is it weak!! 3 sets 12/10/8 (could barely get the last rep in on left side) it'll be interesting to see how this progresses. I can easily handle 8lb on my right side. I felt very silly using the "girrly wts" (:
3 sets dbl sngl arm overhead press-again had to keep this light for left shoulder 12X8lb/10X5lb/8X5lb.
3 sets EZbar curls 12X30/10X30/8X30
3 sets rope cable tri pushdowns 12X50/10X60/8X50
2 sets 10 back extentions
lots of stretching to cool down, including my hamstrings which are still tight from Fridays workout!
Diet going well.
