Highlights: Felt great :)
Lowlights: The gym is soooo busy. Hard to get on the equipment. Some sets rushed through, others had long breaks in between

Bentover Lateral Raises: 10x13, 10x13, 12x15, 12x15
Arnold Presses: 11x18, 10x18, 8x18, 6x18
Front Lat Raises: 10x12, 10x10, 10x10
Side Lat Raises: 8x12, 10x10, 10x10
Abs - 3 sets
