Machine Lat Pulldowns: 12x130, 8x150, 8x150 ...getting tired
Concentration Curls: 10x15, 10x15, 12x15, 6x20
Wrist Curls: 6x20, 5x20, 6x20
3/4 of Ab workout - ran out of time :(
