8/10 Chest Triceps abs

Highlights: Seriously motivated! No more kidding around - it's time to lift!
Lowlights: wish I had more time to spend at gym
Going to start a Creatine cycle soon. First comes research. I have heard that creatine can cause abdominal cramping and since I have IBS, I need to see if this will only aggravate it more. Hope not! I want to grow!
Incline DB Fly: 13x15, 11x18, 10x18, 10x20
FB DB Press: 15x20, 10x25, 8x25, 3x30 (1st attempt at 30 - will try it on the second set next time)
Machine Parallel bar Dips: 13x80, 10x80, 10x80
Machine Fly: 10x40, 10x40, 6x40, 6x40
Overhead Cable Extension: 16x50, 6x70, 7x60, 8x60
DB Skull Crusher: 7x13, 7x13, 8x13, 6x13
