Smith Lunges (used step on front leg to focus on glutes): 10x105, 10x115, 10x115
Seated Leg Press: 12x230, 12x240, 10x250
Seated Leg Curl: 15x100, 12x110, 10x110
Plié Squats: 11x50, 10x55, 10x55
Seated Calf Raises: 10x155, 10x155, 10x155
Abs: 40-28-25
Chin-ups: 5
